Senior Financial Controller (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF115,000 - 125,000Role:
The company operates in the field of library services and supports educational and cultural institutions with products and services related to media, information management, and library organisation.

Responsibilities:
You ensure the smooth running of the entire finance and accounting department – from operational accounting to the annual financial statements.
You are responsible for monthly and annual financial statements including tax returns, as well as forecasts and meaningful analyses.
The responsibility for payroll processing, social security reconciliations, and VAT returns lies with you.
You prepare budgets, monitor liquidity, and are responsible for controlling, cost centre accounting, and calculations.
Qualifications:
You bring several years of practical experience and have independently been responsible for financial statements.
Entrepreneurial thinking, initiative, and a solution-oriented working style characterise you.
As an open and team-oriented personality, you enjoy working with different departments and act as a competent sparring partner to management.
You are proficient in Excel and ERP systems.
You have confident German language skills.
