Trainer in Nursing FaGe and AGS 100%

You want to empower young people and professionally support them in their training. Together with two other trainers, you will accompany 18 apprentices on their path to becoming Health Professionals / Health and Social Assistants. Thanks to our centralised education system, there is time for genuine learning support – with regulated work assignments from Monday to Friday. The focus of your role is not on direct care, but on the individual promotion and support of your apprentices. You will be supported professionally and organisationally by our Education Management.
Your area of responsibility
Individual support and promotion of our FaGe and AGS apprentices
Planning and designing learning processes throughout the entire training period
Responsibility for the professional and personal development of your apprentices
Planning and coordination of training assignments
Further development of a modern and practice-oriented training culture
Collaboration with Education Management, the education team and the nursing teams
Co-creation of a respectful learning environment
What you bring
Completed training as FaGe EFZ with at least 2 years of professional experience
Trainer course as well as enjoyment in supporting apprentices
Experience in training apprentices
Awareness of your own role model function in everyday professional life
Appreciative, empathetic and patient personality
Interest in education and quality development
Independent, structured and responsible way of working
