The acute wards A1 and B1 are part of the basic psychiatric care and treat people with acute mental illnesses.
For our acute ward, we are looking for an immediate or agreed appointment of a
Deputy Ward Manager, Centre for Acute Psychiatric Disorders 80-100%

Your Tasks
- Assuming delegated leadership tasks as well as deputising for the ward manager during their absence
- Close collaboration with the nursing specialist and active participation in the interdisciplinary treatment team
- Quality assurance and development of nursing services and offerings
- Integrated, modern nursing and care of patients within the framework of the key worker system
- Co-development in recovery-oriented treatment and support of patients and relatives
- Co-responsible for the training of apprentices and students on the ward
Your Profile
- Recognised professional training in nursing HF/FH (recognition certificate from the Swiss Red Cross for foreign diplomas)
- Several years of professional experience with adults in the psychiatric acute sector
- Strong professional, social and personal skills and high resilience
- Willingness to take responsibility and decisiveness
- High motivation, flexibility and the ability to engage in a dynamic and exciting working environment
