• Identification and minimization of risks in new projects
• Review and commenting on contracts within the framework of customer tenders
• Support of sales in contract negotiations with customers
• Advising project management on contractual issues during project execution
• Contact person for contractual and legal questions
• Creation of sample contracts and contract templates

• Technical studies with legal further education – alternatively legal studies (LL.B, business law, LL.M.) with technical experience
• Experience in project management and/or contract or claim management in plant engineering preferably available 
• Practical experience in contract management is an advantage
• Very good German and English skills, additional foreign languages are an advantage
• High diligence and reliability
• High commitment and independent working style in a dynamic environment
