Deputy Team Leader Logistics 100%

You don’t just know logistics from theory, but like to get stuck in yourself? At the same time, you keep an overview even in hectic situations, set priorities and take responsibility? Then we look forward to getting to know you.

Your tasks

In this versatile role, you support the Head of Logistics in organising and coordinating the operational day-to-day business and actively work in the team.

• Organisation and coordination of day-to-day business in the assigned area
• Ensuring a quality and timely flow of goods
• Ensuring correct bookings and data in the ERP system
• Support in the operational management and supervision of employees
• Participation in inventories, projects and process improvements
• Active participation in operational day-to-day business

Your profile

You have practical experience in logistics and are familiar with processes around picking, storage, packaging, provision as well as loading and unloading of transport goods. In addition, you ideally bring the following:

• Further training as a logistics specialist or a comparable qualification is an advantage
• Forklift licence; crane certificate is an advantage
• Confident handling of ERP systems as well as good MS Office skills
• Good German skills and basic knowledge of English; Polish is an advantage
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• Strong communication skills, team spirit, flexibility and sense of responsibility
