Job description
Espace de vie SA is an institution managing the medico-social establishments (EMS) of La Châtelaine in Vernier and Saint-Loup in Versoix. These respectively accommodate 91 and 84 residents. Approximately 240 employees are engaged per institution.
To complete the care team at EMS La Châtelaine, we are looking for:
A pool qualified nurse
Mission and responsibilities:
In service of the institutional project, the person is responsible for providing residents with personalised nursing care, of a preventive, curative, rehabilitation and palliative nature, adapted to their physical and psychological condition. They contribute, through their skills and analyses, to the care and support process defined with the resident and, where appropriate, their relatives, the therapeutic representative, the attending physician and the multidisciplinary team.
Profile sought
Qualifications and skills:
- Diploma in general nursing
- Right to practice in Geneva
- Minimum two years of experience
- Experience and interest in geriatrics, psycho-geriatrics and palliative care
- Clinical speciality, an asset
- Spoken and written French
- Knowledge of IT and care software
- Good adaptability
- Very good analytical skills
- Strong sense of responsibility, organisation and service
- Rigour and constructive mindset
