You are a specialist in psychiatry and psychotherapy (or already advanced in your training), enjoy outpatient work and want to help shape it? In our Outpatient Services in Bern, a varied and professionally exciting role awaits you in a committed, interdisciplinary environment.
In your role as Senior Physician, you contribute your professional expertise, take on responsibility and support the further development of medical and psychological staff. As a recognised FMH training centre for psychiatry and psychotherapy (outpatient and inpatient), good training is very important to us.
What your working day with us looks like
- Psychiatric diagnostics and assessment as well as planning, implementation and support of psychiatric treatments
- Independent case management of outpatient patients
- Professional psychiatric and psychotherapeutic leadership and supervision of assistant doctors and psychologists in close cooperation with the lead psychologist
- Participation in the consultation and liaison service for the Lindenhof Group as well as in the emergency service at our clinic
- Involvement in internal training as well as in interprofessional and intraprofessional collaboration
What you bring with you
- State examination in medicine (CH) or equivalent qualification (EU/EFTA)
- Specialist qualification in psychiatry and psychotherapy or advanced in training to become a specialist in psychiatry and psychotherapy
- Advanced knowledge of psychotherapeutic methods
- Very good German skills (spoken and written)
- High commitment, willingness to work and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
- A respectful and appreciative approach to patients, relatives and staff
- Enjoyment in promoting and training medical and psychological colleagues
