You are our face on site: Whether Switzerland, Europe, or worldwide – as a Supervisor Assembly, you coordinate the installation of our busbar systems with overview and technical finesse. Your tasks – exciting and diverse:

• You are responsible for the assembly and commissioning of our products at worldwide customer facilities, mostly in power plants and substations
• You lead the assembly team, consisting of your own employees or specialists provided by customers
• You conduct assembly training and supervise commissioning at our customers
• On site, you perform electrical high-voltage tests
• You develop solution concepts directly on site to master individual challenges
• You create detailed deployment reports and document progress as well as results

What you bring – technically strong, personally open:

• A completed vocational training, ideally in the electrical field
• Several years of professional experience in medium and high voltage technology is an advantage
• Experience in practical project execution on site
• Technical understanding and manual skills
• Creativity and strong communication skills
• High flexibility, joy of traveling, and openness to other cultures
• Secure German and English skills; knowledge of French or other languages is an advantage
