What you can achieve
- Support the customer management team in servicing our pharmacy customers (by phone/writing) in German and French; you stand for customer orientation
- You manage our order and administration software, which our pharmacy customers use daily; we rely on your affinity for digital tools
- Live our high quality standards together with quality management in handling error reports; all in the interest of patient safety
- You support the team in planning and implementing the demanding holiday schedule (you will be surprised how many small and large holidays we have in Switzerland)
What you bring with you
- Ideally, you have training as a pharmaceutical assistant or druggist
- You have initial experience in the commercial area or administration (customer service, customer management, telephony)
- You are confident and proficient in the Office 365 suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- You speak fluent German or French and have a very good command of the other language (B2 level)
- You bring enthusiasm, think in networks, and work precisely, efficiently, and solution-oriented – not only independently but also as a valuable team member
