• Responsible for the further development of Swiss sales
• Strategic expansion and sustainable maintenance of the dealer and customer network
• Expansion of market position as well as increase in sales and business success
• Leading and further developing the team
• Identifying and tapping new market and growth potentials

Your profile

• Several years of leadership experience in technical sales (e.g. as sales manager)
• Experience in the agricultural sector
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Entrepreneurial and analytical thinking
• Willingness to learn, ability to integrate and a sense for targeted development
