YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Planning, design, implementation, and operation of company-wide directory services:
- Microsoft Active Directory (AD)
- Azure Active Directory / Entra ID
- LDAP-based and other identity platforms
- Disaster recovery process definition and testing

- Disaster recovery process definition and testing
- Management and optimization of Group Policy Objects (GPOs) as well as monitoring AD replication
- Design and implementation of disaster recovery strategies as well as support for hybrid identity solutions (e.g., AD FS, Azure AD Connect)
- Development and maintenance of automation and scripting solutions (including PowerShell)
- Ensuring compliance with internal and external policies (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR)
- 3rd-level support for complex directory and identity issues
- Creation and updating of documentation, operational materials, and runbooks
YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Successfully completed studies in computer science, information technology, or a comparable field
- 3–5 years of professional experience in an enterprise environment focusing on directory services and automation
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, and identity federation as well as a solid understanding of IAM, SSO, and security best practices
- Ideally, you have certifications such as MS-100, AZ-104, SC-300, AZ-800
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure) as well as basic knowledge of DevOps methods and tools
- Analytical thinking, structured working style, and high problem-solving skills
