YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Planning, design, implementation, and operation of company-wide directory services:

Management and optimization of Group Policy Objects (GPOs) as well as monitoring AD replication
Design and implementation of disaster recovery strategies as well as support for hybrid identity solutions (e.g., AD FS, Azure AD Connect)
Development and maintenance of automation and scripting solutions (including PowerShell)
Ensuring compliance with internal and external policies (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR)
3rd-level support for complex directory and identity issues
Creation and updating of documentation, operational materials, and runbooks

YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Successfully completed studies in computer science, information technology, or a comparable field
3–5 years of professional experience in an enterprise environment focusing on directory services and automation
Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, and identity federation as well as a solid understanding of IAM, SSO, and security best practices
Ideally, you have certifications such as MS-100, AZ-104, SC-300, AZ-800
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure) as well as basic knowledge of DevOps methods and tools
Analytical thinking, structured working style, and high problem-solving skills
