Wednesday - Friday

The gastronomy of Stiftung Bühl is committed to ensuring that young people with intellectual or learning disabilities achieve a good apprenticeship qualification, so that they can lead as independent a life as possible, integrate professionally and socially, and participate in society. We are looking for people who are passionate about their work, enjoy working in a team, and pass on their expertise to the young people in training.

Your tasks

• Preparing meals for our staff restaurant and external customers such as schools and Spitex
• Assisting with the organisation, planning and execution of events (evening and weekend shifts)
• Participating in meetings and sessions
• Collaborating with external and internal specialist departments and subsystems
• Adhering to quality standards according to the operating concept requirements

Your qualifications

• Completed training as a cook EFZ
• Further training as a vocational trainer is an advantage
• Enjoyment of the profession and gastronomy
• Several years of professional experience as well as experience in training apprentices
• Interest in educational professional fields
• Resilience, flexibility, methodological skills and assertiveness
• Good user knowledge of MS Office
• Very good German language skills
