What to expect with us

• You accompany owners in the sale of their residential properties from the first consultation to contract conclusion.
• You evaluate properties, develop marketing strategies, coordinate viewings, and negotiate with interested parties.
• You work closely with our specialists in the areas of pension provision, financial and real estate advice.
• You represent our company professionally and contribute to the growth of our business.
• You start in the marketing team in Zurich and familiarise yourself there for several months.

What you bring with you

• Ideally, you have the real estate marketing professional certificate and bring experience in marketing or selling real estate.
• You know the regional real estate market and maintain a valuable network.
• You convince in consulting and sales with competence and confident demeanour.
• You work independently, in a structured manner, and with a lot of initiative.
• You communicate fluently in German; for the Lausanne region additionally in French.
