The position is attached to the Department of Women, Children and Adolescents , which aims to provide quality care adapted to the needs of women at every stage of their lives and to the health problems faced by newborns, children and adolescents from birth up to the age of 16. It works on the development of cutting-edge services and centres of expertise in specialties.
The Paediatric and Adolescent Surgery Service covers the surgical treatment of the growing body. It concerns children with congenital malformations, diseases or consequences of accidents; it particularly includes preoperative investigations, surgical treatment and peri- and postoperative follow-up, from birth to adulthood.
