About the job

We are an established and dynamic company with around 125 holiday properties in St. Moritz and the Engadin. In addition to the professional management and rental of holiday properties, we are also active in the brokerage and sale of real estate.

To strengthen our young and committed team, we are looking for an entrepreneurial-minded individual with a can-do attitude. In this versatile key position, you will take responsibility for the operational day-to-day business and support the management in commercial and organisational matters. You ensure efficient and smooth processes and actively contribute to the further development of our holiday rental and real estate business.

YOUR TASKS

Holiday Rentals & Property Management
You independently manage and market our holiday properties and are a competent contact person for owners and guests. You ensure professional care and a high standard of quality and service.

Process & Business Development
You contribute your own ideas, question existing processes and continuously develop them further. In addition, you open up new sales and marketing opportunities and actively contribute to the sustainable development of the company.

Organisation & Coordination
You take responsibility for internal processes, coordinate employees as well as external service providers and ensure efficient and reliable collaboration.

Support of Management
You support the management in commercial, organisational and operational tasks and independently take responsibility for defined areas and projects.

Predictable Working Hours
Your regular working days are Monday to Friday.

Seasonal Flexibility
During the high season, work on Saturdays as well as on-call duties for guest availability and support are planned.

YOUR PROFILE

Education
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or hold a degree from a higher hotel or tourism school.

Professional Experience
You bring solid experience in tourism, hospitality or ideally in holiday rentals or property management.

Language Skills
You communicate fluently and confidently in German and English. Good knowledge of Italian is a great advantage.

Entrepreneurial Thinking
You work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner. You are decisive, enjoy taking responsibility, want to develop professionally and make a difference.

Communication & Customer Orientation
You impress with a professional, confident and customer-oriented manner and enjoy personal contact with owners, guests and business partners.

Mobility
You hold a category B driving licence.
