- Execute operational SEA strategies with Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
- Coordinate with SEA agencies for briefings and campaign implementation.
- Conduct A/B testing, from hypothesis creation to analysis.
Skills
- Experience with Google Ads and ideally Microsoft Advertising; A/B testing skills.
- Analytical and structured approach to tasks; self-driven and quality-focused.
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge and interest in AI for A/B testing.

Your new tasks
Operational SEA implementation (Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising) – campaign setup, optimisation and monitoring based on the defined strategy
- SEA agency coordination – briefings, quality assurance, campaign implementation
- Landing page A/B testing: conception & implementation – independent test hypotheses, setup via testing tool, QA and evaluation
- Landing page A/B testing roadmap & agency coordination – analysis of optimisation potential, prioritisation, process development, agency briefings and support
What you bring with you
Operational knowledge of Google Ads (structure, processes, KPIs); ideally some experience with Microsoft Advertising
- Practical experience with A/B tests on landing pages (from hypothesis to analysis)
- Ability to derive test hypotheses and optimisation measures from user behaviour and business requirements.
- Analytical, structured, independent and quality-conscious working style
Ideally experience in eCommerce, retail or the furniture industry
- Agency/project coordination experience is an advantage
- Knowledge of testing/analytics tools (Chameleon, Hotjar, Quantum Metric or similar)
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge, ideally JavaScript
- Interest in AI applications in A/B testing
