Your area of responsibility includes:
- Preparation and management of construction sites (new build and conversion)
- Economic deployment planning of personnel, equipment, and materials
- Responsible for compliance with regulations on occupational safety and health protection as well as environmental protection
- Managing the construction site and site personnel in consultation with the construction manager

- Completed foreman training or several years of professional experience as a foreman
- Enjoyment in dealing with customers and employees
- Independent and committed working style
- High willingness to perform with quality and sense of responsibility
- Driving licence category B
