- Contribute to the discussion of complex cases and the continuous improvement of analytical workflows.
- Participate in the implementation, optimisation, and validation of new molecular analyses.

What you bring
- Master’s degree in biology, molecular biology, biomedical sciences, or equivalent training required.
- PhD strongly preferred.
- Proven experience in molecular biology applied to diagnostics.
- Expertise in molecular pathology, ideally in oncology.
- Good knowledge of NGS technologies and molecular variant interpretation.
- Experience in analysing molecular panels, variant review, and writing diagnostic reports.
- Good communication skills and ability to work interactively with technical, scientific, medical teams, and pathology departments.
- Rigor, autonomy, critical thinking, and sense of responsibility.

- Taking on responsibility and developing your potential
- A positive working atmosphere with a collaborative approach and an appreciative and recognising company culture
