With your friendly and empathetic manner, you support and advise our customers by phone in French and German. They and their needs are at the centre of your daily work. Because listening is our strength.

Your tasks

• Handling customer enquiries by phone and in writing in German and as a deputy in French
• Arranging appointments for hearing tests, consultations or service appointments in one of our hearing centres
• Contacting existing and new customers as part of marketing measures, such as follow-up actions
• Address recording, master data maintenance and other administrative tasks

Your profile

• German as mother tongue
• French skills at B2 level are an advantage
• Professional experience in customer service and/or call centre
• Customer- and solution-oriented way of working
• Good PC user skills
