Tasks
We are looking for a substitute for a very well-managed 2nd grade class who enjoys teaching and will take over the class teacher role as well as possible during this time.
As a substitute, you will conduct the planned lessons according to the prepared annual program but are also willing to independently familiarize yourself with the subjects. You will be supported by two parallel classes following the same program. Thus, you are part of a year team and exchange ideas with them as well as the associated MR teachers.
The position includes all main subjects of a 2nd primary class (Mathematics, German, NMG, Sports, Music, and BG). If interested, the two elective subjects Recorder (3 lessons) and Peacemaker (1 lesson) can also be taken over.
Lengnau School is a partner school of PH Bern, so we are open to students. They would also be able to be accompanied with mentoring.
Requirements
You are an enthusiastic teacher who stands for education with passion and dedication.
You have a teaching diploma for primary level or are in training for it.
You bring joy to the teaching profession and know how to support, challenge, and accompany your students on their educational path.
You appreciate collaboration and coordination within the class and subject teams as well as in the staff.
