In this versatile role, you will take responsibility for central topics in the finance and accounting of our bank. You will prepare financial statements and reports, contribute to budgeting and financial planning, and work closely with bank management and various specialist departments.

Finance & Controlling Employee (80-100%)

Your tasks

• Management of the bank's finance and accounts payable accounting

• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as well as relevant analyses for bank management

• Participation in the preparation of the budget and financial planning

• Preparation of VAT and withholding tax returns

• Preparation of banking regulatory and supervisory reports

• Management of the accounting and preparation of annual financial statements for affiliated companies and foundations

• Supervision and support of a trainee

• Participation in internal banking projects

Your profile

• Federal diploma in finance and accounting, fiduciary services, or a comparable education or further training

• Professional experience in finance and accounting in the banking, insurance, or financial sector

• Familiarity with bank-specific processes and issues is an advantage

• High IT affinity and very good Excel skills; experience with Finnova is an advantage

• Independent, structured, and precise working style as well as a high quality and sense of responsibility – even in hectic situations

• Interest in continuously expanding your expertise in bank-specific and regulatory topics

• Team-oriented working style and enjoyment of collaboration with different specialist departments
