Requirements
You have completed a cooking apprenticeship and have solid experience in Swiss à-la-carte cuisine, can take on the main responsibility in the kitchen, lead the small team clearly and purposefully, are well organized, team-oriented, set priorities correctly, and always keep an overview thanks to your flexibility and resilience.
