- Independent management of an assigned customer base of property management companies and homeowners
- Telephone and written problem solving with property management companies, tenants, and condominium owners (also in French)
- Preparation of consumption-based energy, water, and ancillary cost statements
This is what you bring
- Commercial basic training or basic training in the service or technical sector (with experience in the commercial area)
- Confident oral and written expression in German
- Very good knowledge of French
- Proficient in handling MS Office applications
- Technical understanding and enjoyment of working with numbers
- Motivation and eagerness to learn
