Job Description

Your tasks:

• Independent and professional execution of the entire nursing process

• Ensuring individual, holistic and patient-centred care

• Implementation and monitoring of medical and nursing measures

• Responsibility for the proper administration of medication and therapies

• Observation of health status and early detection of changes

• Proper and complete nursing documentation

• Close cooperation with doctors, nursing specialists and other departments

• Active participation in an interdisciplinary team

• Support and guidance of trainees and students

• Compliance with and further development of quality and hygiene standards

Requirements Profile

Your profile

• Completed training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF or FH

• Professional experience in somatics, acute care or hospital sector is an advantage

• Responsible, independent and reliable working style

• High social competence and strong patient orientation

• Resilience and flexibility

• Enjoyment of working in an interdisciplinary team

• Good PC and IT user skills

• Willingness to work various shifts including weekends and public holidays

• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
