With your professional management of customer projects focusing on quality, cost and time, you make a significant contribution to the company’s success!

• In this important hub function, you plan, control and monitor order processing from order acceptance to the end of the warranty period.
• The ongoing order analysis regarding adherence to deadlines, costs and quality as well as the implementation of improvements and measures will challenge you.
• You create the internal order specification based on the contract documents and customer specification from the offer to project implementation.
• The specification of purchased system components and the interface coordination with the relevant suppliers as well as the acceptance of the system components at the manufacturer’s plant complete your area of responsibility.
• Interdisciplinary collaboration and very good communication between all involved internal and external parties up to the customer are particularly important to you.

• You have a degree in engineering in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification.
• In addition, you bring several years of professional experience in project management in the mechanical engineering and/or pharmaceutical industry. We also require solid experience in managing escalation and risk projects.
• As a flexible doer, you like to take responsibility, are self-initiated and solution-oriented, and you also enjoy independently leading interdisciplinary project teams.
• You are characterised by a confident manner combined with communication skills and assertiveness as well as entrepreneurial thinking and acting.
• You speak fluent German and English to be able to advise and support your mainly international customers in the best possible way.
