Responsibilities

• Plan, organise and coordinate the work on our new construction projects in the canton of Vaud.
• Ensure compliance with deadlines, budgets and quality standards.
• Supervise on-site teams and ensure smooth communication between the various stakeholders (clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, etc.).
• Monitor the progress of the work and guarantee compliance with current safety standards.
• Manage the administrative and financial aspects of the sites, including invoicing and budget monitoring.

You bring

• Degree in site management or equivalent training.
• Proven experience in site management (minimum 5 years) and in the construction field.
• Ability to manage several topics simultaneously.
• Good experience in general contracting.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and team player.
• Knowledge of current standards and regulations.
• Rigor, organisation, flexibility.
