We are looking for immediate or agreed upon energetic reinforcement for a temporary assignment for our client. At a modern location, you will find a motivated team, contemporary equipment, and a varied daily routine centred around property management.

All-rounder in Building Maintenance / Building Services m/f/d (100%)

Your tasks:

• Ongoing monitoring of building services and prompt, independent troubleshooting directly on site.

• Periodic property inspections, checks, and execution of minor repairs in and on the buildings.

• Comprehensive care of the grounds and green spaces appropriate to the respective season.

• Accompanying, instructing, and coordinating external service providers and specialist companies during maintenance or renovation work.

• Helpful, solution-oriented first contact for tenants, users, and owners regarding technical questions.

• Completed vocational training with a Federal VET Diploma (e.g. in building maintenance, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or a comparable trade).

• Solid practical experience in facility management and a good understanding of building technology contexts.

• Confident German language skills in spoken and written form for smooth documentation and coordination (at least B2).

• Independent, conscientious working style and strong customer orientation.

• Driving licence category B is an advantage.

• Induction: 18.01.2027 – 22.01.2027

• Duration: 25.01.2027 to approx. 23.04.2027 (temporary replacement)

• Workplace: Winterthur region
