Head of Fiduciary Services (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Leadership and management of an own portfolio of mandates in fiduciary services and financial accounting
Preparation and review of annual and interim financial statements according to OR and Swiss GAAP FER
Tax advisory services for private individuals and SMEs (tax returns, planning, representation)
Coaching and professional guidance of clerical and junior staff
Communication with authorities, banks and external partners
Participation in business evaluations, analyses and advisory discussions
Optimisation of internal processes and quality assurance
Qualifications:
Completed commercial or fiduciary training (e.g. fiduciary specialist, financial planner) with further education (e.g. certified fiduciary expert, federal professional certificate)
Professional experience in fiduciary mandate management
Sound knowledge of accounting and tax law
Confident handling of accounting and ERP systems (e.g. Abacus, Bexio, SAP) as well as MS Office
Strong leadership skills, service orientation and entrepreneurial thinking
Very good German skills; English skills are an advantage
