Preparation and cooking of dishes according to restaurant standards. Creation of new dishes and menus in collaboration with the culinary team. Ensuring the quality and presentation of dishes. Management of food supplies and stock maintenance. Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen. Compliance with hygiene and safety procedures.

Proven experience as a Cook, preferably in restaurants. In-depth knowledge of cooking techniques and culinary trends. Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
