Your tasks

• The specialist activity in the area of sea freight import as well as the corresponding handling according to the area of operation and task distribution are part of your responsibilities
• As a manager, you continuously promote and develop the team and ensure a high professional quality
• Regular contact with customers as well as with our international network is also an important part of your work
• Your duties also include dossier control and monitoring, invoicing, and cost-benefit analysis
• Furthermore, you prepare quotations and actively support the implementation of the Sieber QM standard

Our requirements

• A commercial basic training as a freight forwarding clerk, completed further training at the level of higher professional examination, as well as proven professional and leadership experience in a comparable position are required
• Proven experience in successful customer care as well as in acquiring and developing new customers completes your professional profile
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written, are required; any additional foreign language is an advantage
• As a team player, you convince with friendly and customer-oriented manners as well as a professional appearance
