Together with our client, a company in the construction sector, we are looking for a Specialist Accounts Receivable Clerk 80-100%. The position is to be filled immediately or by arrangement and is to be filled within the framework of a Try&Hire model. Continued employment is therefore very realistic. Your tasks with the new employer

• In accounts receivable management, you monitor outstanding receivables, carry out dunning runs, and handle collection cases
• You are responsible for posting, reconciling, and controlling various payment flows and ensure correct and reliable financial accounting
• You independently process incoming payments, bank transactions, refunds, and payment discrepancies and ensure complete and precise account reconciliation
• You support analyses and reporting with high data quality and actively contribute to process optimisation and system development

You offer your new employer

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and have several years of professional experience in accounting
• You have very good German skills and ideally bring French language skills
• You are confident and proficient in using common MS Office programmes and SAP
