We are looking for a 

QS Specialist (m/f) 100%

In this role, you take responsibility and have the chance to actively further develop processes, help shape the QS system, and gradually expand your leadership skills and expertise.

Your tasks: 

• Ensuring product quality by defining, implementing, and monitoring QS processes
• Further development of the quality assurance system and participation in the management system
• Coordination with production, purchasing, logistics, and sales on all quality-relevant topics
• Support with customer requirements and initial sampling
• Handling customer and supplier complaints including root cause analysis and 8D reports
• Test planning, monitoring of measuring equipment, and application of proven QS methods
• Participation in audits and continuous improvement processes

  Your profile:

• Completed technical vocational training in industry
• At least 5 years of experience in quality assurance
• Further training or solid knowledge in the QS area
• Experience in manufacturing industry, ideally in plastics/SMEs
• Knowledge of QS methods (SPC, FMEA, 5Why, Ishikawa, MSA) and ISO 9001
• Experience in test planning, complaint handling (8D), PPAP/VDA sampling, and measuring equipment monitoring
• Confident handling of MS Office and SAP
• English and French skills are an advantage
