Confidential support and advice to employees and managers on all personnel-related topics
Independent and discreet execution of payroll processing
Support in personnel administration and ensuring efficient HR processes
Independent management of the entire recruitment process – from job posting to successful onboarding
Requirements profile
Completed commercial basic training with recognized further education in Human Resources
Several years of experience in a comparable HR function
Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
High degree of initiative and enthusiasm for actively shaping change processes
Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented working style
Strong service orientation as well as a pragmatic, solution-oriented consulting style
