Hotel Communications Specialist

We are looking for a hotel communications specialist (a)

80% to 100%

What you will do

You will work 4 or 5 days a week in regular shifts from early to late. At the front desk, you will attend to our guests directly, and in the restaurant, you will support our staff with your clear hands-on approach.

You actively support the management in daily operations as well as organisational tasks
You take on communication responsibility and are the first point of contact for group enquiries for our restaurant
You act as deputy to the management during holidays and absences
You step in flexibly in case of staff shortages and work across departments
You ensure our quality standards through daily room checks
You complete administrative tasks reliably and in a structured manner
You work operationally in the F&B area in the evening and ensure a positive guest experience

What we expect from you

You have completed training in the hotel industry
You work independently, responsibly and reliably
You communicate confidently in German and English; additional language skills are a plus
You keep an overview even in hectic situations and act calmly and solution-oriented
You enjoy working in a team, take responsibility and pitch in where support is needed
