You read between the lines, ask the right questions and find solutions that others don’t even think of. That is exactly why your clients stay with you. You develop travel ideas, combine routes, refine details and ensure that in the end it’s not just a booking – but a really good feeling. • Completed apprenticeship in a travel agency or comparable training, tourism vocational school or degree in tourism
• Professional experience with a tour operator or in a travel agency
• Enthusiasm and flair for travel around the world
• Enjoyment in advising, selling and organising individual trips
• Good system knowledge of Galileo/Smartpoint, MS Office and industry-standard reservation systems
• Fluent language skills in German and English; French is an advantage
• Precise and responsible working style
