Zofingen Hospital has a versatile operating theatre with four operating rooms and around 3,500 procedures per year. Close, constructive and professional collaboration across various departments and professional groups is an essential part of our daily work.To strengthen our committed team, we are looking for a reliable and responsible Technical Sterilisation Assistant from 1 November 2026 or by arrangement. You will take on a responsible role within the central processing unit and contribute significantly to the safety of our patients through your careful and quality-oriented work.

Your tasks
- Proper preparation and sterilisation of instruments and medical products according to Swissmedic guidelines
- Sterile goods and storage controls
- Operation and monitoring of washer-disinfectors and autoclaves
- Documentation of processing procedures and complete traceability
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene, quality and safety standards
- Cooperative, interdisciplinary collaboration in a team-oriented and sometimes hectic environment
- Willingness to work weekends and on-call duties
Your profile
- Completed sterilisation course Fachkunde 1 mandatory
- Professional experience in medical device processing advantageous
- Enjoyment of the profession and willingness for professional development
- Outgoing, communicative, flexible and resilient personality
- Careful, structured and independent working style
- High quality, hygiene and service awareness
