Your field of activity
- Monitoring and analysing energy measurement data: You ensure transparency and quality.
- Development of media tariffs and preparation of ancillary cost statements - with a real eye for detail.
- Conducting HVACSE analyses to identify savings and optimisation potentials.
- Supporting and advising our clients from the first analysis to implementation: You find solutions, accompany the process and work reliably with FM providers and property management.
- Project management: You plan, coordinate and take responsibility for your projects - technically, organisationally and financially.
- Further development of our work processes and visualisation of energy data: You bring fresh ideas and put them into practice.
What you bring
- Completed degree at a university of applied sciences or technician HF/TS in the field of building technology, energy or electrical engineering
- Experience as a project manager (ideally in the facility/building technology sector)
- Organisational talent, a creative personality and initiative
- Affinity for IT systems, enthusiasm for working with digital tools
- Numerical flair and analytical strength
- Know-how in HVACSE, energy and building technology
- Very good Excel skills and routine in handling modern software
- Advantageous: Experience in property accounting and ancillary cost billing
- Team spirit: You are open, communicative and look forward to exchanging ideas with clients and colleagues.
