Your area of responsibility
• Care and support of children in everyday life
• Supporting children in their personal and social development
• Co-creating a varied, age-appropriate, and structured daily routine
• Planning and conducting educational activities
• Active and transparent collaboration within the team as well as with parents and caregivers
• Co-creating and further developing the location in organisational and educational terms
• Taking on organisational and domestic tasks
• Contact with supervisory authorities and teaching staff
• Accompanying and training FaBe apprentices
Your profile
• Completed training as a care specialist (children’s field) or equivalent qualification
• Enjoyment and experience in working with younger children
• Responsibility, patience, and empathy
• Trainer course and experience in training FaBe apprentices
• High team spirit and strong communication skills
• High commitment, flexibility, and resilience
• PC user skills
