Head of Banknote Processing East (80%-100%)
The Processing organisational unit (OU) is responsible for the secure and efficient quality control of banknotes and coins. Within the Processing OU, incoming notes are checked for quantity and quality using state-of-the-art equipment in the banknote processing department.
- Responsibility for the management unit Banknote Processing East (approx. 6 employees);
- Ensuring operational business while complying with all quality and safety standards, as well as willingness to undertake occasional tasks in day-to-day operations;
- Participation in internal and external working groups and (partial) projects;
- Further development of the management unit regarding safety, quality and efficiency.
- Completed basic training with business management further education;
- Professional and (initial) leadership experience in industry/production, as well as an affinity for topics such as change management, cash, logistics and technology;
- SAP knowledge is an advantage;
- High social skills; structured, analytical working style and strong sense of responsibility as well as self-organised working;
- Target group- or level-appropriate communication in German or French with a good understanding of the other national language and business fluent English skills.
