The LANDI cooperatives support Swiss farmers in the economic development of their farms. Together with the brands Volg, TopShop and AGROLA, the LANDI cooperatives also supply the population in rural areas of Switzerland with food, everyday goods and energy. These tasks will inspire you
As the store manager of the LANDI store in Belp, you lead and promote your team and ensure smooth daily operations. You pay attention to an appealing product presentation and ensure that our products are always available. With joy in direct customer contact, you advise our customers in a practical and competent manner and implement targeted sales promotion measures. You keep an eye on sales, budget and quality and ensure order, safety and hygiene in the store. Administrative tasks such as cash register closures, inventories and compliance with internal guidelines are also part of your responsibilities.

You have completed training in retail and ideally have further specialised as a retail specialist. Thanks to your several years of experience in sales – preferably with leadership responsibility – you bring the necessary expertise and sensitivity for everyday retail business.
Entrepreneurial thinking and business understanding also characterise you, as does an independent and reliable way of working. You remain calm even in busy moments and keep an overview. In addition, you communicate confidently in German, both orally and in writing.
