Social Media & Content Manager (m/f)

Main tasks
- Planning and implementation of cross-channel campaigns including the development of target group-specific, effective content for customer acquisition and retention
- Editing and creating textual content for various communication channels (website, landing pages, newsletters, e-mail marketing, brochures, SEA and social media)
- Conceptualising and creating target group-appropriate content for communication measures within the framework of sponsorship partnerships and cooperations
- Managing and further developing social media channels including creating social media content to increase reach, engagement, and brand awareness
- Planning, implementing, and optimising paid social campaigns (LinkedIn & Meta) for lead generation
- Managing community management on social media and Google Business Profile to promote dialogue and trust
Requirements
- Completed studies or further training in marketing, communication, digital marketing, or a comparable field
- Several years of professional experience in content marketing and social media
- Experience in implementing cross-channel campaigns
- Excellent editorial skills and experience in creating target group-specific texts for different communication channels
- Very good sense for target group-appropriate content and storytelling
- Sound knowledge in planning, managing, and optimising paid social campaigns
- Confident use of AI-supported tools for efficient content creation
- Creative, structured, and independent working style combined with a high standard of quality
- Team-oriented working style and enjoyment in collaborating with internal and external partners
- Fluent German
