For over 100 years, Louis Ditzler AG has been producing and distributing frozen vegetables, frozen fruits and chestnut specialties throughout Switzerland. As a market-leading production company, we support our regional cultivation partners from sowing to harvest and place our efforts for sustainable production at the centre. Our range is complemented by selected fruit raw materials, for example for yoghurt or ice cream.

To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for a committed and experienced person immediately or by arrangement as

Your main tasks

• Independent handling and coordination of order and sales processes
• Receipt, coordination and processing of customer enquiries and complaints
• Organisation, preparation and timely dispatch of customer information
• Control and maintenance of customer master data and prices
• Assumption of general administration and back office tasks

Our requirements profile

• Completed commercial vocational training
• At least 3 years of professional experience in internal sales, ideally in the food industry
• Structured, independent, efficient and customer-oriented way of working
• Confident German in spoken and written form, good knowledge of French, Italian an advantage
• Confident handling of MS Office as well as modern ERP systems
• Reliable, team-oriented, communicative as well as solution-oriented and numerically inclined
