You can expect a varied role in a dynamic and family-like environment. You will independently carry out analyses and tests, document and assess the results, support the investigation of causes of deviations and thus make an important contribution to the continuous improvement of our products.

Your tasks

• Analysis of customer complaints, participation in internal problem-solving processes and resulting supplier deviations
• Conducting root cause analyses and preparing (8D-/CAPA) and other quality reports
• Trend analysis using statistical methods and management of corresponding measures
• Evaluation of supplier development initiatives, as well as support in conducting supplier audits
• Participation in the qualification of equipment, tools and measuring devices as well as in process validation
• Support in improvement programmes (6-Sigma / LEAN), as well as in conducting internal audits
• Support in maintaining management systems (QMS & EMS)

Your profile

• Basic mechanical or electrical training, further training in quality management is an advantage
• In-depth knowledge in quality management and relevant standards (ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and ISO 80079-34) is an advantage
• Professional experience in quality management, especially with data analysis and statistics
• Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt training is an advantage
• Fluent German and English, both spoken and written
• High sense of responsibility, as well as an independent, analytical and structured way of working
• Resilient, flexible, quick comprehension
• Strong team orientation and communication skills
