You are experienced and no one can teach you anything about leadership and communication. You want to be more than just a manager and also have insight into higher-level tasks within an organisation, perhaps be responsible for the induction of fellow managers, take on training for co-educators or group leaders across kindergartens, manage or build a really large, full house? As a manager, you shape the daily life of the children in the kindergarten with your team with a lot of heart and commitment. You lead the kindergarten pedagogically and administratively. Additionally, there are tasks that are cross-kindergarten and coordinated by the provider. Ideally, you are familiar with the transition of subsidies and service contracts in Zurich.

You have completed training as a childcare specialist or hold a comparable diploma. Additionally, you have already completed a recognised management course.
