Polymechanic – CNC Manufacturing for Tool Production with CAD/CAM

Activities

Programming and production of prototypes as well as series tools
Monitoring, analysing and optimising manufacturing processes
Technical support of the mould shop team (turning, milling, eroding)
Maintenance, care and professional operation of the machine park
Ensuring quality, punctuality and continuous improvement

Requirements

Completed training as a polymechanic with CNC experience
Experience in tool production (ideally for rubber moulded parts)
Good knowledge of CAD/CAM programming
Analytical, solution-oriented and structured way of working
Teamwork skills, flexibility as well as good German language skills and perfect eyesight
