Your tasks

• You lead people and develop potential. You lead and develop our approximately 45 mechanics as well as the service cleaners and team leaders. You promote personal responsibility, strengthen collaboration and create the foundation for shared success.
• You ensure everything meshes smoothly. You manage the workshop operations proactively, plan capacities and resources, and ensure optimal utilisation and seamless processes.
• You make performance measurable and progress visible. You analyse productivity, quality, throughput times, punctuality and costs. From this, you derive targeted improvements and continuously develop the performance of our workshop.
• You shape the future of our workshop. You are responsible for personnel planning, recruitment, employee development, budget and investments. At the same time, you optimise processes and ensure compliance with our quality, safety and environmental standards.
• You connect people and departments. You work closely with customer service, spare parts warehouse and sales, ensuring that all parties work together towards a common goal.

What you bring with you

• Your technical foundation is convincing. You have completed vocational training in the automotive sector and successfully completed further training as an automotive diagnostician.
• Leadership is lived responsibility for you. You have several years of experience in the workshop environment and have already successfully led employees.
• You think entrepreneurially and act solution-oriented. You are familiar with workshop organisation, process optimisation and relevant key figures and set high standards for quality and service.
• You convince both professionally and personally. You communicate confidently in German, act in a structured manner and combine assertiveness with strong social skills.
