Your Tasks

You take on assignments in basic and treatment care with our clients
You independently conduct needs assessments with RAI-HC at the client
You conscientiously carry out weekly controlling
You create care documentation and individual care planning and are responsible for regular, timely evaluation and accompany the progress of care goals
You supervise your colleagues

What You Bring

Training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist
MANDATORY: Successfully completed internal HC training
Several years of professional experience in the field of Spitex or long-term care
You are resilient, flexible, and used to working independently
You are process-oriented and think along
