In my role, I am able to work independently and freely, without any pressure.

Due to staff turnover at the time, a great deal of knowledge was lost, which in turn has resulted in costs for the company. We need to systematically reacquire and gather that knowledge.

Free coffee, good working hours—if only they could be adhered to and we didn't have to work overtime every day.

A lot is expected of you, but you don’t receive any recognition in return. Suggestions or constructive feedback directed at management are not welcome. I found internal communication to be difficult and inadequate. Bottom line: if you’re looking for a work-life balance, this is the place for you.

The work environment is very pleasant, and teamwork is strong. My colleagues are friendly and helpful. The working conditions are fair and well-structured.

There is still room for improvement in internal communication and in the organization of workflows. In some cases, processes could be made clearer and more efficient.

During the two weeks I worked there, I only noticed negative things: ward managers who were disrespectful to employees, very isolated residents...just awful...NEVER AGAIN.

This house radiates absolutely no joy...and the employees radiate the same thing.

What I liked: The mileage allowance of 50 centimes per kilometer - but only for one route (outward or return journey).

Senevita Casa Basel has a good reputation on the outside, but working there is very difficult. There are only a few clients, wages are low and the organization urgently needs to be improved or restructured.

I really like the name Senevita Casa Basel - it sounds inviting and friendly. However, the management is very convinced that they are the best. Objectively speaking, however, they are not (yet) quite.

Spitex Senevita Casa - the name almost sounds like a vacation in Basel, but of course that's just the name. SSC Basel is a Spitex with a rather old management structure. We only look after one or two patients a day there - that's simply not enough to make a real living.

More respectful treatment of employees. That would be a suggestion for improvement.
