Team Leader HVAC Maintenance (a)

As part of a pharmaceutical mandate, we are looking for a Team Leader to manage the technical teams.
Your tasks:
- Lead and coordinate the activities of
- HVAC maintenance technicians (7 employees), ensuring supervision and personnel management
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance services on HVAC installations (regulation and control)
- Maintenance, troubleshooting, and adjustment of HVAC installations
- Work in a protected environment, adjusting temperatures, humidity, and overpressure
- Comply with safety, hygiene, and environmental rules in all work
- Keep operating records, intervention reports, and operation reports up to date
- Manage and plan maintenance activities, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Order and monitor subcontracted work
- Administrative management related to the position (CMMS,
- reporting, invoicing, etc.)
- Participate in an on-call service
Your profile:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position in an industrial environment
- Diploma in building technology, preferably in electricity
- Very good experience in administrative and technical site management
- Team management and supervision skills
- Proficiency in French, English is a plus
- Very good use of common IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, ERP)
