What you can achieve
- Taking responsibility for the topic of Municipal Civil Engineering in our Water Supply/Municipal Civil Engineering business unit
- Responsible for maintaining and further developing know-how, standards and professional project management within the department
- Taking on project management and handling projects for the construction, maintenance and rehabilitation of wastewater and drinking water pipelines
- Planning, tendering, accompanying approval procedures as well as construction management and/or site management of projects in the above-mentioned department
- Independently supporting and advising our customers in the Bern region
- Collaboration with our project engineers, site managers and draftsmen, exchange with colleagues within the entire company
- Supporting the business unit manager in acquisition, training and further education of team members and quality assurance
Your skills are
- Completed education at ETH / FH, preferably in civil engineering or as a technician (site manager, civil engineering technician, construction supervisor) with additional training
- Initial experience in a leadership position desired
- Network contacts in the construction industry in the Bern region are an advantage
- You enjoy working in a team, are open and committed, and like to share your knowledge internally
